Well it’s that time of the year again and I thought I’d do another year-end mashup. Here are bits of the Top 25 hits of the year, according to Billboard Magazine, arranged into a four and a half minute song. This is a follow-up to last year’s mashup of the Top 25 hits of 2007.
This year in the charts, we’ve gone all soft. The songs are sexy and defiant, less macho than in previous years. Accordingly, I’ve selected Coldplay as the instrumental track, giving the whole year a sort of symphonic feel. This edit is called “Viva La Pop”, and I hope to post more edits soon.

I was driving on new years eve at around 11:50pm trying to get somewhere by midnight when this song came on and i blasted it. It brought back so many awesome memories and i seriously got chills! i couldnt help but smile. i absolutely love it, too bad no quicktime player :/

Too bad ‘cpz i haven’t heard the 2007 Mash up but this Mash up is awesome. i heard it from a friend of mine and i got hooked into it…i love this mash up keep it up good job! two thumbs up!

The first time I heard it I thought it was an absolute beautifully mixed mash of music. II couldn’t stop smiling. I turned the radio up and got chills ! You are a truly amazing artist!! The symphonic feel is just what is needed right now. I am having a hard time trying to download this to my itunes, can you suggest a way or can we buy this single online somewhere. I need this mix in my life.

THAT WAS SUPERB! I love the beat to Viva La Vida and the way the other lyrics mesh with it was beautiful. When I first heard this mashup on the radio, I had to search it on the internet. GREAT WORK!

Mr. Earworm you are the hottest DJ on the block. You make these songs that you would never think of as sounding good together sound AHHHMAZING! I would just like to say bravvo to you and keep the music coming. Just an idea: Sexy Lady by Yung Berg and Chicken Noodle Soup by Webstar. It’s just whenever I hear one song I think of the other. Is there any way to get this or any other of your songs on something other than quicktime?! I love them but cant get them copied onto ipod because it doesnt accept quicktime applications!

I’m a huge fan of united state of pop 2007 and the 2008 version is CRAZY GOOD! i heard it on the radio the other day and i had to have it.
i like the whole symphonic feel.. but i think it could’ve used a little bass beat here and there.. other than that its a 5 star!!!!
